You should also consider how much you pay for household bills. By switching provider you may find that your monthly bills will be reduced, this will help make available surplus cash that you can use to pay your creditors and ultimately pay your debts off sooner.
Look at what rate your repayments are for your mortgage, again by changing mortgage provider you may find that your monthly payments are lower.
